We do this by: – Organising women & girls into producer groups and VSLAs with transparent quality premiums. – Training for clean harvest, drying, storage, and pressing to meet international specs. – Protecting indigenous shea woodlands through nurseries, FMNR, and fire management. – Providing traceability, compliance docs, and dependable logistics for B2B buyers—and beautiful products for B2C customers. – Publishing quarterly impact dashboards so communities and partners see results in real time.
